Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
You may return the merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in its original product packaging and mailed in the same shipping box as it was delivered in.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange, depending on your choice. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Customers only have 48 hours after the delivery to prove the item/s arrived defected or damaged and have 7 days to return the damaged goods to our office.
